2. CONTRACT
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order by the customer at the specified delivery address. Caves Munier remains the owner of the goods until they have been paid for in full, including any contributions to the shipping costs.

6. HOME DELIVERIES
We personally make home deliveries throughout Switzerland, subject to availability of the products ordered. In case of unavailability of our staff, deliveries are made by post. Caves Munier declines all responsibility in the event of breakage during the journey made by the Post Office.
