Fresh, sparkling Chasselas made from 80% Chasselas and 20% speciality whites – pinot blanc, pinot gris, muscat and gewürztraminer.

Light color, good length, typical Chasselas nose enhanced by aromatic notes from the 20% specialties.

Pleasant at any time of year, but particularly well-suited to aperitifs and the end of festive evenings.
